In the event a listed item reflects an incorrect price due to typographical error, SimplyMaaM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at incorrect price. We reserve the right to cancel any such orders even after order confirmation has been issued to the buyer. A cancellation will subsequently result in full refund in the same form of payment received. A customer may cancel an order within 24 hours of receiving an order confirmation email. Your use of this website shall be governed in all applicable laws of the state of New York, USA. Harassment in any manner or form on this website, including email by use of obscene abusive language is strictly forbidden.
